Senior Support at Home

Our Enhanced Personal Support Workers specialize in working with seniors to provide high-quality care services, so you can trust that your loved one will receive the support they want, need, and deserve.

Support at Home

We too have family members and we know how stressful and frightening it can be to find proper care for them.  Therefore, we work with you to develop and provide the Care and Support you can trust and rely on.

Our team specializes in supporting seniors in their home and community who may at times need additional support to manage the challenges often experienced with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Stroke. Our mission is to support them to live as independently as possible; encouraging and assisting them to enjoy and live life to the fullest.

Home and Community Based Support

Visits are designed to do a combination of activities such as regular home assistance with domestic tasks, daily personal care, or more specialized care and support for stroke rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s, or dementia.

Day Program Support

We provide flexible services in your loved one’s home but can also accompany them to their day programs. In addition, we can facilitate transportation to and from.

Residential/Transitional Care support

We can provide supplementary support to your family member who is residing in a Retirement Home or in Long Term Care.

We provide personal support for everyday living activities with a view to preventing or delaying the need for higher intensity and more costly care.

Ask us about our E Community Support Network!

We provide technological solutions to support individuals who are otherwise isolated to become more independent, more self-reliant and be better connected to the community and to the people they care about.

Support to Service Agencies

Our team specializes in supporting seniors with behavioural and psychosocial issues resulting from impairments such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Stroke’s.

Our staff’s skills, education and experience are matched to meet the needs of your program. They are skilled in life and social skills programming and in the implementation of behavior management strategies. They have a certificate, diploma or degree related to the field of social services along with additional training that equips them to optimize the personal and social development of those individuals within your program.

Our Enhanced Personal Support Workers provide strength-based, needs-led approaches to mediate and monitor clients’ presenting challenges. Working within the day to day living space we seek to provide a supportive, stable environment in which life skills, social opportunities and relationship interventions can continue to occur
